One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 98apk. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 98apk is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 98apk support immediately via live chat.

98apk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal request is processed, you will be required to submit satisfactory identification documentation. The Operator reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including immediately after registration.

Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued national identity card (CNIC) issued by NADRA;
• Valid Pakistani passport;
• Pakistani driving licence (for supplementary address verification);
• Recent utility bill or bank statement dated within ninety (90) days for proof of address.

All submitted documents must be legible, unaltered, and in colour where applicable. Documents that appear tampered with or falsified will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

98apk reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. If KYC documentation is not provided within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request, the Operator may close the account and return the original deposit amount via the original payment method, minus any bonuses claimed.

Accepted Payment Methods: 98apk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT (TRC-20). The Operator reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Terms:

• All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless made via USDT, which is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit;

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 98apk are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonus Funds are credited to your account as a separate balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus balances expire at the end of the promotional period;
• Wagering contributions from different game categories vary. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion;
• 98apk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to meet wagering requirements, the unmet portion will be voided rather than penalised;

VIP programme rewards, loyalty points, and tier-based cashback are governed by the separate 98apk VIP Programme Terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

All sports bets placed on 98apk — including cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and all other markets — are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation screen or bet reference number has been issued by the platform. Bets placed in error by the user cannot be voided after acceptance;
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet will be settled, provided the bet was accepted before any official odds change. Live in-play odds are subject to change within milliseconds — delays in your network connection may result in your bet being accepted at different odds to those displayed;
• Match Postponements: If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be settled as if the event was not included;
• Abandoned Events: If a match is abandoned after commencement, settlement will be based on the official result at the time of abandonment, unless the relevant sports governing body declares the match void;
• Obvious Errors: The Operator reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (e.g., decimal odds of 1000.00 for a strong favourite). Stakes will be returned in full in such cases;
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per market are displayed in the relevant betting section. The Operator reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual users at its discretion.

Upon permanent closure for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach, subject to the outcome of the compliance review.

Closure by the User: You may close your 98apk account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure at your request, any verified real-money balance (net of active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days, subject to KYC clearance. Active bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon self-requested account closure.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Operator from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect the Operator's legitimate interests.
